Stack converts Microsoft's data centers into game development platforms

Stadia was introduced as a gaming and game development platform that was hosted in Google's data centers. In the previous article I noticed that this combination set Stadia unlike xCloud to Microsoft, which is for all streaming games. However, the direct comparison of Stadia and xCloud does not tell the whole story because & nbsp; xCloud is just part of Microsoft's cloud-based games. The other part is Game Stack which is Microsoft's version of the fully-equipped platform for game development that resides in the cloud.

The change in the game's development from local infrastructure to cloud as powerful and broad as Azure to Azure or Google Cloud (or AWS to Amazon) can be a game changer on how to play and play games. Here are some of the benefits.

PlayFab provides services such as storing and managing data for players, authorizing players and linking players' platforms across platforms, creating and managing virtual currencies, activating real-time events that depend on player actions, matchmaking adapted by Xbox Live, communication of a player adapted by Xbox Party Chat and the ability of players to share user content. PlayFab also provides LiveOps and real-time analysis. Supports Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, PC, Android and iOS and a variety of gaming engines, including Unity and Unreal.

Xbox Live is another important & nbsp; component in the Game Stack. Microsoft spent 16 years building and refining Xbox Live on the premier platform for managing accounts of players, delivering games and games and connecting players across different platforms. Xbox Live gives Game Stack a unique advantage over other cloud-based development platforms like Stadia.
