Vingroup recently announced its Q4 / 2018 business results with positive figures.
Wingrup has just released the fourth quarter of the financial report of 2018 with positive results. In particular, during this period, Vingroup generated revenues of 38.427 billion VND in revenue, increased by 19.7% compared to the same period in 2017. Profit of 4 KV 4,989 billion VND, increased by 19,2%.
Regarding the structure of net income in the fourth quarter: the transfer of real estate reached 26.539 billion VND (accounting for 68%); retail and supermarkets reached 6.575 billion VND (accounting for 16%); tourist hotel incomes reached 1.285 billion VND; the rest of the education, hospital and other services.
Vingroup's financial revenue in the fourth quarter increased significantly from 114 billion VND to 3.846 billion VND. After subtracting financial costs, managing the business, sales, Vingroup posted a $ 4,989 billion VDD pre-tax profit, down 19.2% from the same period in 2017.

Accumulated for the full year of 2018, Vingroup's revenue reached 122.575 billion VND, an increase of 37.2% compared to the previous year. The net profit equals 6.601 billion VND, an increase of 7.18%.
Total assets on December 31, 2018 reached 289.105 billion VND, an increase of 35% since the beginning of the year. The value of the stocks at the end of the period is 53,206 billion Dong, mainly real estate is under construction.
Namely, in explaining the financial statements for unfinished assets, the investment capital in the Vinfast project by the end of 2018 reached 27.473 billion VND. Previously, this figure was recorded at the end of the third quarter of VND13,603 bln.
