Rosio Finlay Ramirez Contreras, the sentimental partner of former Interior, Justice and Peace Minister Miguel Rodriguez Torres, was released on Wednesday. The information was issued by a lawyer and associate of National in the state of Tacira, Barbara Uzkatega Sange.
Ramirez Contreras spent several months in the General Directorate for Military Counterintelligence, located in the city of Boleta in Caracas, and according to journalist Fernando Tineo, he was transferred to the headquarters of the National Institute for Women's Orientation.
Ramirez Contreras, 43 years old, was arrested on May 12 by officials from Digim in La Ghita, state of Thatcher. He was accused of complicity in the plan for the flight of a former minister and other security officials, to be held on the 9th of this month.
The two generals were transferred to the military agency's headquarters on the day of his arrest and were presented to the National Prosecutor's Office 38, under the prosecutor Vladimir Enrique Angel Aguilera. Journalist Eliangella Gonzalez cited her in her account Twitter that Ramirez Contreras did not allow a visit to his family or his lawyers.
Gonzalez said that, according to sources of Dgim, the former political prisoner was mistreated and sexually abused, to the point that the authorities placed items in her vagina. This situation strongly influenced his health.
