In the Official Gazette Extraordinary No. 6.452 of 25.04.2019, Regulation no. 3.829 of the Presidency of the Republic, which increased the mandatory monthly national minimum wage throughout the territory of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for workers providing services in the public and private sectors, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 2 of this Regulation, of April 16, 2019, setting the amount of forty thousand Bolivars with zero cents (Bs 40,000.00) per month.

Article 1 The mandatory monthly national minimum wage shall be increased throughout the territory of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for workers providing services in the public and private sectors, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 2 of this Regulation, starting on 16 April 2019, fixing the amount MEDIUM THERMAL Hospitals with zero cents (Bs 40,000.00) per month.

Article 9 The Minister for People's Power for the process of social work is in charge of implementing this decree.

Article 10 This decree will come into force on April 16, 2019.
