The F3 driver, who witnessed a terrifying accident that caused the teenager's spine to break, caused staggering claims against the organizers of the races.
Guanyu Zhou, who was following Sophia Floersch, a 17-year-old driver who suffered heavy injuries in the Macau Formula 3 Grand Prix on Sunday, claimed the race organizers had made a mistake by showing yellow warning lights straight ahead of the crash.
Zhou suggested that the yellow lights caused Floersch to brake early, which led her to crash behind on the streets of Macau.

"Later (the previous right turn), I saw yellow, but I think it was just a mistake by the organizers station.
"Sophia was very close to Jehan, so when Jehan braked early, she did not have time to react.

"I just hope everything is fine with her."
17-year-old German wrote on Twitter: "I just wanted to let everyone know that everything is fine, but tomorrow morning (Monday) I will go to Surgery … Update soon."
I just wanted everyone to know everything is fine, but I'll go to surgery in the morning. Thanks to @fia and @ hwaag_official @ MercedesAMGF1 who take care of me very much.
Thank you all for supporting messages.

Floersch has a spine fracture, according to a medical report from her team, Van Amersfoort Racing from the Netherlands.
"The whole world has seen what happened, and we can only thank God that @SophiaFloersch escaped with relatively light injuries," wrote van Amersfoort Racing. "Our thoughts are also directed to other people involved in the case and we wish them a quick recovery".

Floersch's car crossed the fence, hit the structure on the circumference, and fell to the ground with security officials immediately on the scene.
The incident caused an immediate red flag and a delay of more than an hour before restarting the race.
In a statement published in social media, the FIA stated that "the driver (Floersch) is conscious and was then taken to the hospital for further evaluation." He added that Tsuboi and "two members of the media and one marshal also transferred to the local hospital in a conscious state for further evaluation."
Media reported that Tsuboi suffers from lumbar pain.
