Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenski dismissed former First Deputy Chief of Security Service of Ukraine Vitaly Malikov from military service in reserve. This is confirmed by the information on the head of state's website.
"In order to dismiss General Malikov Vitaly Vladimirovich from military service in the reserve of the Security Service of Ukraine regarding the organization of organizational measures with the right to wear military uniforms," Presidential Decree no. 352/2019 of June 6
We note that Malikov previously held the post of the first deputy head of the Security Service of Ukraine and led the Anti-Terror Center in the Security Service of Ukraine, but on May 31 he was dismissed by Zelensky's decree.

Recall, on May 31, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenski has dismissed Pyotr Tsigikalo as head of the State Border Service of Ukraine, as well as from military service.
