The Verkhovna Rada at a meeting on Thursday, June 6, plans to finish consideration of the bill No. 1098 "on temporary investigative commissions and temporary special committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine."
This is stated in the agenda, published on the website of the Parliament.
Thus, at the beginning of the meeting, the MPs will continue to review the amendments to the draft law no. 1098, which provides for a revocation procedure and should proceed with a decision.
Also, parliamentarians intend to resume the second reading of the draft Election Code of Ukraine (в "- 3112-1).
According to the agenda, lawmakers will consider a number of presidential initiatives – plans to consider proposals for dismissal of Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin (No. 10346), Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak (No. 10344) and Security Service President Vasily Gritsak (number 10345).

Additionally, 13 draft laws amending the laws on criminal and criminal procedure for responsibility for unlawful enrichment are proposed for inclusion in the agenda. Lawmakers also plan to include in the agenda the bill of President Vladimir Zelenski no. 10358 "On Amending and Supplementing Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Confiscation of Illegal Assets of Persons Authorized to Perform the Functions of the State or Local Self-Government and a Penalty for Acquiring such Assets". The meeting envisions the participation of the president's representative in the parliament, Ruslan Stephchuk, who is to submit presidential proposals.
Also on the agenda is the consideration of the MPs in the second reading of the draft law no. 1019 "On Amending and Supplementing Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Implementation of the European Union Legislation in the Field of the Technical Regulation". Bylaws no. 8370 "On Amending and Supplementing Some of Ukraine's Laws on Military Standards" and no. 3433 Regarding the legal status of foreigners and stateless persons who participated in the defense of the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, they should also be considered in the second reading.
In the first reading, the people's deputies should consider the draft law no. 9438 "On Amending and Supplementing Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Ensuring Harmonization of Criminal Legislation with the Provisions of International Law".

The MPs also intend to include them in the draft laws on agenda no. 10244 "For military chaplaining" and 10335 for solving the activities of chaplaincy in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forms formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, No. 8337 "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine" On Fighting Terrorism "in relation to the foundations of the social protection of the hostages) ", no. 8205 "On the legal status and social guarantees of persons who are illegally deprived of liberty, hostages or sentenced to temporarily occupied territories in Ukraine and beyond".
The agenda on Thursday, among other things, provides for second reading of the minutes no. 8321-d "For vocational higher education" and no. 9217 in connection with responsibility for illegal actions in connection with state awards, illegal wearing military uniforms and rage at the site of the burial of a defender of sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
The agenda also includes a draft resolution number 9281 for perpetuating the memory of the Hero of Ukraine Levkin Lukyanenko.
Also, in the first reading, MPs can review bills no. 9123 "On Amending and Supplementing Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Recognition of a Stateless" no. 10313 "On Amending and Supplementing Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Provision of Basic Human Human Rights" Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men in the Electoral Process.
