At Eurovision 2019 in Tel Aviv will arrive half of the tourists as expected

The Eurovision Song Contest 2019, to be held in Israel, is expected to receive half of the tourists as scheduled. According to producers, around 5,000 foreigners will attend the music competition. This is a modest amount compared to how many tourists visited Eurovision in other countries.

"Tel Aviv expects 10,000 tourists, but we will be lucky if 5,000 flights arrive." Israeli flights are expensive. Local hotels have set high prices and now they are reducing them at the last minute, "the organizers said.

It has been reported that a rocket attack on southern Israel has not changed the plans for the show's preparation. The rehearsals are held at the exhibition center and no delegation has canceled the participation. However, rocket attacks in the metropolises and further escalation can prevent this event.

Also, another reason is the high ticket price. Currently, organizers have decided to cancel the sale of VIP tickets for the semifinals and have begun offering a 10% discount on tickets.

Recall that the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 will be held from May 14 to May 18 in Tel Aviv. Ukraine will not participate in the competition because of a scandal that broke out during the National Election. However, the guest of Eurovision will be Verka Serduchka.

Earlier, "Earth" wrote that "Islamic Jihad" threatened to violate the Eurovision Song Contest in Israel.
