The BTS junguk was recently in a minor car accident and its leadership issued an official statement regarding the incident.
Here's the statement from Big Hit Entertainment:
"This is a statement about the Member Junguk traffic accident.
Police have not yet closed the case, so we cannot find out the exact details, but Junguk drove his car last week when he had a minor collision with another vehicle due to his own mistake.
Both the victim and Junguk suffered no major injuries.
Junguk admitted to violating the Road Traffic Act shortly after the crash. The scene of the accident is resolved, and the police hearing is completed according to due process, and a friendly settlement is made with the victim.
Once again we apologize to the victim and apologize for causing concern among the fans.
BTS Jungkook has been questioned by Seoul Jongshan police station booked by Junguk on charges of violating traffic law on November 4.
On Nov. 2 while driving his Mercedes in the Hanham neighborhood of Yongsan County, Jungkruck violated traffic regulations and hit a taxi.

The taxi driver and Junguk received treatment at the hospital for bruising.
A source representing police said they could not reveal the exact details of the accident investigation.
BTS, also known as Bangtan Boys, is a South Korean boy band formed in Seoul in 2013.
Its members are Jinin, Suga, X-Hops, RM, imiminins, V and junguk. The group co-writes and produces most of their material.
In other news, the BTS boys' K-pop band has officially become the world's second artist to reach the Social 50 chart for a total of 150 weeks after Billboard's October 31st Justin Bieber.
This marks their 120th consecutive number 1 as the group tops the Billboard Social 50 chart for the week of October 24th.
At 163 weeks, Justin Justin Bieber currently has the highest number of weeks as # 1 on the Social 50 chart.
Taylor Swift and Rihanna have a record of 28 weeks and 21 weeks respectively.
