Gmail's capability is easy to use and has a variety of application options for scheduling business and private messaging. Here's how you can do this step by step:
- Open a new e-pot. Click on the triangle of the blue triangle Send.
- Choose one of the suggested times or click on Choose a date and time to choose the time you want.
- Click on Schedule sent.
The process is quite the same in the Gmail mobile app, just instead of dividing the button Send you need to click on the three buttons at the top right of the screen when you open the new message to get options when planning to send an e-mail.
How do you find the way you have scheduled it?
A new folder has been added to this Schedule, and for computers and smartphones. Click the message in the folder, and then click Cancel send in the upper right corner to cancel the scheduled.
The message will return to the draft folder.
