Huawei Mate 30 and Huawei Mate 30 PRO debuted in China in 4G versions and should be released in November with 5G connectivity.
The first impressions for both terminals can be found here: Huawei Mate 30, Huawei Mate 30 PRO. The fact that they do not have pre-installed Google Play services does not affect sales in China, as they do not have access to Maps, YouTube, etc.
Richard Shu is CEO of Huawei and personally on Chinese social networks has announced that the starting price will benefit from a generous 40% discount. It's no wonder that in the first 3 minutes after debuting on Vmall.com * sales were around $ 70 million.
* Vmal is the official online store of Huawei. It is also present in the UK.

I would argue that the above prices could be successful even in the European market where Google applications need to be installed separately.
Now in serious mode, there may be enough couriers to order directly from China. The prices above will not be caught, but costs will be settled in the coming weeks and I bet they will find Gearbest & co 50-80 euros up.
How do you feel about the Chinese marketing costs for the Mate 30 and Mate 30 PRO?
I have the impression that they want to dominate the domestic market.
It would be a true statement for Huawei to bring them to Europe at a discounted price of 20 – 30 – 40%. On the one hand, it might mean despair at not losing out on competition, but on the other hand it would show that they have the power to push their product without thinking about the consequences.
