A lawsuit is being prepared.
Fortnite is an extremely popular game that has attracted millions of users around the world. Production is available for free, however, within the micropayments you can buy various additional cosmetic skins or emoticons. Many of them are inspired by dance invented by well-known people. Such is the dance devised by the rapper, nicknamed 2 Milly. He saw the emoticon in the game and decided to look for justice in court.
2 Milly confirmed that friends had given him the material and was surprised that Epic Games earns his imaginary dance. In an interview with CBS News 2, Milly confirmed that he wants to take legal action against Epic Games. Rappers also mentioned that dark-skinned artists invent such dances, but then they are not mentioned anymore. The artist said that it would be nice if Epic Games fired a percentage of each emoticon sold. He is currently looking for help from lawyers who would help him in the case against the creators of Fortnite. The problem is copyright. It is not easy to assign the right to choreography. Below and above you will find the original version and emoticon in the game.
