They spent 25 years on the board
March 18, it became known that Kise, 68, wanted to be chairman of the Norwegian board after 25 years on board.
– The decision to withdraw from the board of the Norwegian is exclusively mine. It was not a simple choice, but after 25 years on board, many of whom as chairman of the board, I am convinced that this is the right decision. Now I have reached such a mature age that it is natural for me to liberate the new forces. This is also in line with what I informed the Nomination Committee before the General Assembly in 2018, says Kised in the message.
Kisse is part of the Norwegian from the very beginning and was involved in the formation of the company in 1993. Kise is the owner of Norwegian shares through the company Hbk Holding together with the executive director of Bjorn Kjos (72) and their families.
