As a result of the complaints, the AP conducted an investigation and the privacy watchdog concluded that the sale of these data to the parties with commercial interest did not comply with the privacy rules.
In addition, AP President Alejand Wolfsen believes that other products offered by the Chamber of Commerce should also be carefully considered: "If the products of the Chamber of Commerce are not in compliance with the privacy laws, the Chamber of Commerce must If AP determined that the measures are insufficient, we will conduct further investigations on the methods of work of the Chamber of Commerce.
