The incidence of influenza viruses is equal to 1.97 cases per thousand aids, and for the moment in all Italian regions we are below the threshold. According to data sent by 794 sentinel doctors, young children are most affected again: in the 0-4 age group the incidence equals 3.91 cases per thousand assisted, while in 5-14 years it declined to 1.49 per thousand.

The figure returns slightly in the age group of 15-64 years (2 cases per thousand), while over 65 years it reaches 1.22 cases per thousand.
