Iran, the speaker of parliament is positive
The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Mohammad Bagher Khalilbaf, is currently in quarantine, after he tested positive for coronavirus: Khalilbaf himself announced today in a message on Twitter. At the same time, Iranian media reported that Labor Minister Mohammad Shariaddari was also positive for the virus. Other members of Tehran’s cabinet, including Vice President Mohammad Bagher Nobakht, have also contracted the disease. The head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization, Ali Akbar Salehi, and over 40 deputies are also positive.
