Ireland is delaying five years in the UK in terms of access to broadband, say the report

Rzeczpospolita has at least five years of supply in the United Kingdom for the provision of broadband services and over ten years for other European countries that have invested in fiber optic technology.

This is according to the authors of the new report, which places Ireland among the most expensive countries in the world in terms of broadband access.

According to studies, which were developed on the basis of data from 3,303 stationary broadband connections in 195 countries, the Republic occupies 116th place in the overall ranking with the average price of a broadband package of 56.92 € per month.
