JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – A defendant, Zumi Zola, was charged with an eight-year prison by the prosecutor of the Anti-Corruption Commission (CPC).
The governor was inactive at Jambi and was also required to pay a fine of Rp 1 billion, 6 months in prison.
Other demands, the prosecutor turned to the judges for the cancellation of Zumi's political rights for five years after serving the main verdict.

According to prosecutors, Zumi received tips in the amount above Rp. 40 billion. Zumi also mentioned receiving 177,000 USD and 100,000 Singapore dollars.

Prosecutors said that Zumi also received money from a close person, Apif Firmansyah, for Rp 34.6 billion.

Then via Asrul Pandapotan Sihotang, who is Zumi's trustee for Rp 2.7 billion, money is $ 14,300 and one Toyota Alphard.
According to the prosecutor, Zumi received money from Arfan as the head of the Public Works and Public Housing Office (PUPR) of the Jambi provincial government in the amount of 3 billion rupees and 30,000 US dollars and 100,000 dollars in Singapore.
Zumi also mentioned using the results of free help to finance his and his family's personal needs.
In this case, according to the prosecutor, Zumi bribed 53 members of the Regional Council for the Representation of the Province of Jamb (DPRD) and bribed Council members for a total of RUB 16.34 billion.

The bribe was granted so that the leaders and members of the DPRD of the Jambi province approved the Regional Regional Regulation of the Income and Expenditure of Provincial Provinces of Jambi 2017 (APBD FY 2017 RAPER), which will be the regional regulations for 2017. For FY APBD.

According to prosecutor Zumi, he violated art. 5 para. 1 lit. a) or art. 13 of Act No. 31 of 1999, amended in Act No. 20 of 2001 regarding the elimination of corruption crimes jo Article 55 para. 1 1 jo Article 65 para. 1 of the Criminal Code.
