After months of delay, the ambitious Samsung Overlay smartphone – the Samsung Galaxy Fold – was finally made available for purchase after the company corrected some design and design issues. The Samsung Galaxy Fold was released in China today at 10:00 am local time 2075 €. Samsung soon announced that all units were sold in just five minutes.
However, it should be noted that the South Korean giant did not disclose how many units it sold during those five minutes. There is a high probability that the units was quite limited as the first sale in China, but the exact number is not yet known.

Samsung Galaxy Fold has an Infinity Flex 7.3 million screen with a resolution of 1536 x 2152 pixels. When folded into phone mode, it offers a 4.6-inch display with a resolution of 840 x 1960 pixels. It comes with a feature called App Continuity, which automatically adjusts an application when the screen changes. Featuring a 7nm Snapdragon 855 and 12 GB of RAM, internal storage reaches 512 GB with UFS 3.0 technology.
The phone is equipped with three rear-facing cameras, comprising an ultra-wide 16MP camera, a 12MP telephoto camera and another 12 MP wide-angle camera. On the front, there is a 10 MP sensor for downloading selfies and video calls. Runs the latest version of Samsung One UI with Android 9 Pie. The phone comes with a 4.380mAh battery that is split into two.
