Food relieves the consequences of the interruption of the menstrual cycle

The study involved 400 women with menopause of dietary habits, how often they felt symptoms such as high temperatures and sweating at night, and problems with muscles, joints, and bladder.

The researchers identified three different types of food, one of which includes a diet for some women, many fruits and vegetables, and the latter involves the introduction of many mayonnaises, oils and sweets, while the third group prefers to eat various types of fatty foods between meals.

The researchers divided the participants on the basis of these models and found that women who ate the largest amount of vegetables and fruits thought the menopause effect was much lower for physical and mental health.

Goethe Studi from the University of Medical Sciences in Tehran said: "High-fat and sugar diets include large amounts of simple carbohydrates and unhealthy ointments, especially saturated and trans fat, and a relatively low amount of fiber."
