Toronto – a Toronto-based company ordered a cannabis product recall that is being sold in Alberta due to pollution.
Novresty brands and the cannabis branch say that recalling is a precautionary measure because tests have revealed mold and microbial contamination that exceed the acceptable boundaries.
The withdrawal includes 1,428 units of one piece of cannabis with seven grams of dry cannabis cannabis sold to the Alberta Gaming Liquor & Cannabis Commission.
Newstrike says the cannabis hit is November 28, 2018, the date of packaging and was sold only in Alberta.
It is said that so far there have been no complaints or adverse reactions to the pot.
People can return it where they were sold for replacement or return.
