The fatal head-on collision in North Vancouver sets the vehicle on fire, it keeps traffic for hours – BC.



A terrible head-on collision between a truck with a pickup truck in the west and a passenger car on the east with the One in North Vancouver on Saturday night engulfed local traffic for hours.

It happened around 7 am between the Lin-Valley road and the exit of the mountain.

The passenger car – car car rental "Modo Car" – was set on fire, and several drivers tried to help with the extinguishing of the fire and attempting to rescue passengers. One of those passengers is thought to have died on the scene.

A third vehicle was also involved in a multi-vehicle accident.

There are no concrete words from the RCMP for any other possible injuries to other involved drivers or passengers, or which led to an accident.

RCMP closed the One-way motorway in both directions from the Lin Lines Road to the highway in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The highway has been reopened since about 1:30 in the morning.

The collision occurred in an area where there are temporarily no specific partitions of the center due to the construction of the new overpass.
