Brian Winhorst of ESPN reports to Liard and the team agreed to the deal, which will include a player's option of $ 54.3 million in the final year.

In the 2018-19 season, Liard led the Blazers in the Western Conference finals, the team's first appearance in that playoff round of 2000. Portland was captured by the Golden State Warriors in that series, but even that could not undermine its remarkable status with the blazers.

Lilard was named the second team for all NBAs, after which he was the fourth season, he made a team from all NBAs. He joins Clyde Drexler as the only players in Portland who have been named four times for a NBA team. Lilard is the seventh Trailer Blazer who will be named All-NBA, joining Bill Walton, Maurice Lucas, Jim Paxon, Drexler, Brandon Roy and LaMarcus Aldridge.

On average, Liard averaged 25.8 points (44.4% FG, 36.9% 3-TT, 91.2% FT), 4.6 rebounds, career 6.9 assists, 1.1 steals and 35 , 5 minutes in 80 games (all starts) for Trail Blazers. Portland went 53-29 and finished with the third seed at the Western Conference. He finished ninth in the NBA in points after a match, tied for 11th in assistances per match, third in free-throw, sixth in a minute after a game, fourth in free-throws and sixth in three-way.

Lille's team leader, Lilar, earned his fourth All-Stade Cim during the regular season. He had an average of 33 points in the first round against Thunder, but his production fell against Denver Nuggets in the semifinals and the warriors in the West when he was a double team.

Lillard said the last few seasons of relative stability – after four out of five Portland starters moved to other teams in 2015 – linked the team.

"Every year we came back with the right attitude," said Lyard after the season. "We have been able to stick together through many troubles and I think that exactly what we hung our caps, what we believed in, our culture, togetherness, we really could have been upgrading. And I think we need to be encouraged."
