Kelowna RCMP has issued an application to help locate a man who has disappeared since October

Mother Okanagan seeks help finding her son, a 19-year-old man Kelowna, who last contacted his family in October.

"It's too long since we've heard from him," Cherry Tessier said on Facebook on Wednesday. "I hope this message finds it."

Kelowna RCMP said they do not believe that Lucas Tessier-Maynard is in the Okanagan area, however, they have no indication where they can be.

"No one has seen or heard from him since October 16, 2018," the press release said. "Kelowna RCMP is seeking information that can lead to its location or confirmation of its good. It's not a character missing for this period and no known means of support."

The young man's friends responded with concern to his mother's position.

The family reported missing on December 28.

"I worked with Lucas at Johnny Ms. My heart hurts to hear about this, "Alana Boyko said.

His mother said that the lack of contact from him was "Strange, even for him."

"I'm a teenager, but he did not take Christmas money! We [are] worried, "she wrote in response to questions on her post in social media.

Some suggested he might go to Thunder Bay, He.

His mother was skeptical, but open to suggestions.

"I would like to see him say that we salute him and call his mother!"

Tessie-Maynard is described as:

  • brown eyes
  • Brown hair
  • Slim construction (it is about 110 kilograms)
  • Height of about five meters-seven
