Jetlines to fly off the YLW
Another ultra-low-cost carrier will be flying out of Kelowna.
Canada Jetlines Ltd announced on Thursday that it has reached an agreement with Kelona International Airport to fly outside Okanagan, subject to the completion of the licensing process of airlines and the receipt of valid regulatory approvals.
"Okanagan is a very important leisure market for Canadians and we look forward to helping more people to visit the sole desert in the country," Jetlines Executive Director Javier Suarez said in a press release.
"We firmly believe that our prices should stimulate greater tourism and travel in the region."
