How to continue to work through the cold winter months

STennis-motivated exercise in winter is known poorly. As every regular player on five sides will know, as soon as the mercury falls below 5C, and the rains fall horizontally, the presence decreases. The attractiveness of the sofa, Netflix and comfort food – in fact – hibernation, in essence – becomes enormous.

The US survey in 2011 showed that the percentage of adults who practice often decreased from 54.5 pp. in July to 49.8 bp. in November. In addition to the less extreme weather conditions (although if it is something to go last year, we should start getting used to the wider winters), you would expect to see similar statistics in this country.
