A study published by researchers at UC Irvine reveals people who drink moderate amounts of alcohol or coffee and have an overweight in their 70s live longer.
The study, conducted by the researchers of The Institute for Disorders of Memory and Neurological Disorders, UC Irvine, first started in 2003 and analyzes what drives people to live in the past 90s.
According to the study, those who drank moderate amounts of alcohol or coffee, lived longer than those who did not drink.
Additionally, those who had overweight in their 70s lived longer than those who were normal or had underweight in the 70s.
