The lawsuit between CM Punk and Colt Cabana is reportedly over. According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, both parties have mutually dropped their claims against each other. Per Johnson, “In a filing signed by Circuit Court Judge Daniel J. Kubiask, it was noted that Colton and Brooks jointly filed the case to be dismissed and that the Court, 'having considered stipulation and being fully advised in the premises, finds that this cause of action has been fully settled and settled and the parties have stipulated and agreed to dismiss the complaint with prejudice, and the court further finds that all costs have been paid. '”
Because the claims were dropped with prejudice, neither party can bring the case to court again.
Cabana and Punk have been embroiled in this lawsuit since August 2018. That case was related to the duo's legal affair with Dr. Chris Amann in the wake of the notorious episode of Wrestling Art in which CM Punk discusses his exit from the WWE.
