Airplane Tindi Ltd. lost contact with a charter flight on the way from Zolknife to Viti, N. V. T.
There were two pilots on the plane, but there were no passengers.
Air Tingey President Al Martin said that contact with the King Air 200 was lost when the plane was approximately 24 to 32 kilometers out of the morning in Whati between 9am and 9:30 pm.
Martin said the planes of the Air Tindy aircraft are in the air in search of the plane. One of the search aircraft has a ship's doctors.
The government of the Whati community is notified in case the community provides a service in any capacity. The next pilots' relatives are reported to have been lost.
Martin said the Security Committee on Transport, Search and Rescue was also notified.
A spokesman for the Royal Canadian Air Force, David Lavalle, said the Central Committee of the Communist Party contacted the air forces to inform them of the missing plane.
Lavallee said the C-130 Hercules flight from Winnipeg is on its way to the area to help with the search. He said members of Canadian rangers also join the search, traveling with Whati motor vehicles.
