Starbucks Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie arrived at an agreement to guard their children, removing the need for a trial.
Jolie Samantha's lawyer, Blidheid, gave a statement on a television program Fun Tonight late Friday.
"A guardianship agreement was agreed a couple of weeks ago, and it was signed by both sides and a judge," said Blake Dane in a statement.
Contract details have yet to be announced.

People , quoting a source close to celebrities, said it was only a temporary agreement, and not permanent, however, Jolie's lawyer did not mention anything about this.
Jolie and Pete have six children: Zachara, 13; Shiloh, 12; twins Vivienne and Knox, 10; Maddox, 16, and Pax, 14.
Jolie and Pete, who were among the most amazing and powerful couples of Hollywood, have been negotiating an extraordinary judicial agreement for months, which avoids the trial.
The first hearing before the judge was due to take place on December 4th.
After more than a decade together and barely two years after the wedding, Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt in September 2016
