Best Weight Loss: The easiest way to lose weight involves only 3 foods

Your weight loss mission can leave you feeling overwhelmed by all the different diet options you can choose.

While some, such as a keto diet, cut carbohydrates, others include adding more fat to your eating plan – such as the Mediterranean diet.

There are also options for trimming dairy products, while others recommend consuming more proteins.

A range of options when it comes to losing weight can leave you frustrated as to whether you are making the right food choices.

Despite the diversity of diet plans, many have more in common than you may have thought first.

In fact, there are only three simple changes you need to do about your dietary habits if you want to see the results of weight loss.

A study by researchers at Stanford University looked over 600 people overweight about a healthy diet with low fat or low carbohydrate levels, revealing that participants had similar levels of weight loss on every plan.

They found three factors that went through all sorts of weight loss approaches.

These were:

Eat more vegetables

Vegetables are often overlooked by the diet of most people, with many of us failing to reach our recommended daily intake.

But they play a huge role in successful weight loss because they fill you with very few calories and provide the nutrients your body needs to fight with diseases such as heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

The best thing to do is include a variety of different vegetables in your diet – be it Brussels sprouts, broccoli, spinach, carrots or sweet potatoes.

Brussels cabbage is particularly credited for weight loss because they are high in fiber and vitamins A, K and C.

Eat less sugar

Many of us do not follow our sugar intake, and sweet things are harmful to your health, as well as your waist.

Sugar provides empty calories, stimulating appetite, which means you will probably eat more.

Restricting the amount of sugar you consume will reduce the risk of excessive consumption.

Healthline explained when someone consumes a lot of sugar, fructose is metabolized by the liver and converted into fat, which is secreted in the blood.

Eat more food

It is well known that processed foods are associated with weight gain, because they lack fiber that is found in all foods, which helps you get them.

All foods include fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds, whole, eggs, seafood, chicken and any other food that is unprocessed and unrefined before being consumed.
