Astronomers are confused by a mysterious part of the universe that orbits Earth in an unusual way.
A portion of the remains, observed approximately 370 miles from the surface of the Earth, is considered to be what is known as an "empty trash bag".
It is believed to be a remnant of rocket launchers – but experts can not figure out which space ship has come from.
Empty items for the garbage bag – also known as ETBO – often orbiting in unpredictable ways in view of their size and shape.
They can stretch a few meters across, but tend to be incredibly light – with this object weighing less than one kilogram.
Scientists say that although they can not be sure what the object is, it is probably just a piece of lightweight material like a metal foil left by the space mission.
But last week it sent incredible anxiety, when on Friday it was spotted by the latest asteroid asteroid telescope (ATLAS) in Hawak, Hawaii.
The subject was later analyzed by experts at the observatory offices at Nortolt in London – who were able to prosecute it as probable ETBO.
Astronomers here called the A10bMLz object and said it was "extremely lightweight" – but it is also up to several meters long.
In a post on Facebook, Nortolt branch offices explained: "This suggests that this is what is known as" an empty garbage dump facility ".
"A piece of lightweight material (probably a metal foil) left by the missile launch.
"It's not yet clear when A10bMLz is launched."
At the moment we have no idea of the origin of this building
Astronomers were left even more confused after noting that the object orbited in the opposite direction than it should.
A10bMLz was moving to "retrograde" fashion, scientists say – instead of "progressing" the West to the east.
The observatories of Nortolt added: "The orbit is highly elliptical, with a peregee just 600 kilometers above the surface of the Earth and an apogee 1.4 times as far away from the moon."
This vast orbit – the first of its kind for ETBO – makes it even more difficult to identify the origin of the object.
Garbage Area: What is "an empty item for the garbage target"?
The result of thousands of space missions, Empty garbage dumps, make up over 170 million estimated pieces of garbage around the Earth.
Thus, the empty bag bag or ETBO objects are called because of their unpredictability.
As a plastic spinning bag, ETBO can change the orbit wildly.
Often lightweight, but large in size, objects can be affected by the sun's radiation and are pushed in different directions.
They tend to orbit relatively close to the Earth.
But A10bMLz is unique in that ETBO with such a large orbit has never been noticed.
At the farthest out of Earth, the object is 1.4 times larger than the distance to the Moon.

The Pluto project, which makes the planetarium software, said: "At present, we have no idea of the origin of this facility.
"It's mainly because its past trajectory is really uncertain.
"As with an empty bag of garbage that blows down the street, it can brick and lock in unpredictable ways."
The pressure from the Sun's radiation is sufficient to send a light object in strange directions.
It may even burn in the Earth's atmosphere for a few months before it can operate various colors, from where they come from, added the observatories of Nortolt.
