DELTA (VEK 1130) – The lucky winner of the Lotto Max pocket of $ 39.5 million has yet to claim their price.
B.C. Lottery Corp says that no one came out to collect their winnings.
"Nobody came out to collect that money," says Evan Kelly with BCLC.
The winning ticket, which was bought in the southern Delta, was the only one to match all seven numbers across Canada.

He says there is a two-day process to approve a victory of that size, but adds that once the winner comes, they will organize a celebration and invite everyone to meet the winner.
All winners of the lottery have 52 weeks from the date of preparation, printed on their ticket, to go out to claim a reward. The chances of winning the Lotto Max Jackpot or the Maxmillion Award are one in 28,633,528 for the show.
"It's obvious that kicking the jackpot is rare, you know that there were four or five jackpots in BC in 2018," adds Kelly.
He says that although some people think that the larger the area, such as Toronto, the more winners you see, he says that's not true.
