Two investigators from the Transport Safety Board rushed to the field B.C., after 27 vehicles from the train to the west were turning to the KP line near the Upper Spiral Tunnels on Thursday.
The accident was reported to the CP Laggan division, stretching from Calgary to Field, BC, immediately after 10 am. The train traveled at a speed of 22 km / h. No injuries reported.
The researchers "should be very late tonight or early [Friday], said the TSB spokesman Alex Furnier.
The upper spiral tunnels are near the Cathedral Mountain, between Lake Louise, Alta. And the field, B.C.
It was the second accident reported in the national park in two days.
Officials of the CN said that Wednesday, near the Jasper, Alta, on Friday, cars with petroleum coke in the gondola came out. There was no leak or reporting a leak and there were no injuries. The car remains straight and the track is fixed.
