1. Ghee in coffee

It improves energy, mental clarity, focus and satiety – because pure grass is rich in anti-inflammatory fatty acids, Omega-3, Omega-9, and vitamins A, D and E soluble in fat. This high-fat, caloric rubber beverage is called "breakfast replacement" because it can help you lose weight.

The fastest way to get there is fasting. Another way is ketogenic nutrition, when you eat several carbohydrates and moderate proteins.
Beware: Three categories of people should not try this diet: those who take medication for diabetes, high blood pressure or become pregnant.

They move through high-protein blends. Here are "good" snack foods – small items made from avocado, oil butter, coconut oil, and even cream – that taste well and get you accustomed to the food you need.
4. Egg-white chips

5. Backloading Carb
An upward trend that makes you keep your carbohydrate consumption until dinner, when you are encouraged to work and eat whatever you want. The plan is to take your intake of carbohydrates with optimal insulin sensitivity.
