Carbohydrates are out, fat is inside What else? Check out our top choices for next year.

1. Ghee in coffee

Robe of desi gay in the glass with a cup of coffee. This strange combination is pushed as a "healthy" drink for health from 2019. It improves energy, mental clarity, focus and satiety – because pure grass is rich in anti-inflammatory fatty acids, Omega-3, Omega-9, and vitamins A, D and E soluble in fat. It is rich in burial acid, which supports the health and healing of cells in small and large intestines. This high-fat, caloric rubber beverage is called "breakfast replacement" because it can help you lose weight.

How? Our bodies are not very effective in the metabolism of carbohydrates during breakfast, partly because of the increase in cortisol levels in waking. So, when you drink this, you will deceive your body to think that you are actually fasting – although about 300-800 calories are needed in the coffee.

Beware. Adding sugar will negate the effect of weight loss. And losing weight will only follow if you eat less later in the day. In fact, you can gain weight if the rest of your day does not consist of "clean" (read a little carbohydrate) eating.

2. Keto's diet

A very low carbon diet, called keto or ketogenic diet, returns as the most effective weight loss plan. It helps you to lose weight effectively by changing the fuel supply of fat that burns on the body, not sugar.

How: The body produces small molecules called "ketones" as an alternative source of energy when the lack of blood sugar. As the body produces ketones, it enters a metabolic state called ketosis. The fastest way to get there is fasting. Another way is ketogenic nutrition, when you eat several carbohydrates and moderate proteins.

Beware: Three categories of people should not try this diet: those who take medication for diabetes, high blood pressure or become pregnant.
