The weather on the Great Sabbath will be sunny by noon. Weather conditions are expected in the afternoon, which will be intense in western and central Bulgaria. The atmosphere is unstable with conditions of turbulent lightning activity and city danger in the central parts of the Danube Plain and Upper Thracian Lowland. In 14 areas, a yellow code for a dangerous time is in force.
A cold atmospheric front passes through the Balkans, which, combined with high daily temperatures, is a prerequisite for dynamic time with extreme phenomena. The movement of the front is from east to west – this afternoon rain and thunder will be in Western Bulgaria. Overnight, Sunday and Easter will rain more in the eastern regions.

Due to the expected precipitation on Saturday and Sunday there is a danger of floods that flood on the lower river Ogosta in northwestern Bulgaria.
And this morning, the dustiness of the air marks the values above those permitted in 7 cities in the country – Vidin, Pleven, Lovech, Pernik, Sofia, Plovdiv and Smolyan. The concentration of fine particles of dust is above the average daily norms even at the Capitol stops in Vitosha at 1350 meters above sea level and Rozen in the Rhodopes at 1750 meters above sea level. The cause of pollution is a huge cloud of dust from North Africa.
By the end of the Easter holidays, there may be muddy rains. However, at the beginning of the new week, the dust will retreat to the east and outside the country.
