Prison voting was delayed by the lower court, KSS



After nearly six hours of debate with only two requests for obstruction, a session of the House of Commons Constitution and Justice (WCC) was adjourned on Monday (11) without a vote on the proposed constitutional amendment (PEC). 410/18) allowing arrest on second-degree conviction. A new session has been convened by CCJ President Felipe Francescini (PSL-PR) on Tuesday, starting at 9:30 am.
