The program will begin this week (22) and will include the Unified Health System units that have recovered the most Covid-19 patients in each country in the country. The captains of Sao Paulo and Vasco will make the delivery during the protocol that will precede the match between the two teams tomorrow, in Morumbi, at 16:00.
Across the country, health professionals have stood out for their hard work and dedication to the forefront of the fight against coronavirus. As a way to pay their respects, the CBF has created the Kraks da Saide Program, which will donate ambulances to the Unified Health System (SUS) units. The action will start this week, in the match between Sao Paulo and Vasco da Gama, for Brasileiro Asai. It is a way for Brazilian football to thank all the work and dedication of these national heroes and to cooperate in the country’s efforts to overcome the pandemic.
In all, the Brazilian Football Confederation (KBF) will donate 27 FIAT FIORINO ambulances to public hospitals in all federal units in the country. The vehicles will be delivered to the Unified Health System (UHS) hospitals with which most patients recover from COVID-19 in each country, according to data provided by local health authorities.
“With this gesture, we want to work with health professionals who dedicate their lives to saving other lives. “It’s help from the CBF and Brazilian football to help the country overcome this very difficult moment of a pandemic,” said CBF President Rogerio Caboclo.
The symbolic handover of the keys will take place over four months, starting with the match scheduled for this week (22), between Sao Paulo and Vasco, at the Estadio do Morumbi, in the capital of Sao Paulo. The das Clínicas Hospital of the USP Medical School, designated by the State Secretariat of Health in Sоo Paulo, will be the first recipient. On the lawn, Dr. Eloisa Silva Dutra de Oliveira Bonfa, clinical director of the hospital, will receive the vehicle key from the captains of both teams, during the game start protocol.
The das Clínicas Hospital of the USP Medical School has good numbers in the fight against Coronavirus. Between March 30 and November 9, 1,191 of the patients admitted to the Covid-19-infected unit were discharged from the disease.
