President of the Supreme Court (WTC), Dias Tofoli
had foreseen a court ruling on the morning of 20 November
which analyzes the feasibility of agencies such as the IRS, the Central Bank and
Financial Activities Control Board (Coaf) – now
under the management of BC – sharing data with prosecutor without
authorization of the judiciary. Initially, Koaf's ruling in the Supreme Court would be
in the afternoon of the 21st.
In July, at the request of Senator Flavio Bolsonaro's defense, Tofoli banned this type of information exchange. The case was known for investigating the suspicious financial movements of Flavio's former aide, Fabrichio Keiroz, and suspected of a so-called "crack" (refund of part-time servants) at the president's son's office, while Flavio was still ex Rio de Janeaniro According to a Federal Prosecutor's investigation, at least 700 actions and investigations have been paralyzed by Tofoli's decision, which could fall under the WTC ruling in the WTC.
