The board of directors of Sambrinvest called the increase of Anna Prignon’s salary as a wrong mistake. A real turnaround in its internal functioning was decided on Monday night to avoid further accidents. An executive office will be set up around Anna Prignon, an internal audit will begin and the investor will look for a successor to take over in two years.
“After the results of the study by a specialized company, we came to the conclusion that it was the fault of Anna Prignon. “There was a weak appreciation of the rules of jurisdiction of the payroll committee,” said Simon Bullman, chairman of the board of directors. “But this is not about accusing the CEO of a mistake for which she is not technically capable.”
