It says the Ministry of Information noted that some TV channels broadcast or broadcast foreign channels, foreign series, called foreign series or uncensored films without proper permission.
All television channels are requested today by a letter from the Ministry of Information for proper compliance with the rules and regulations of such broadcast or broadcast.
According to Section 4 (1) of the Television Operations Act, Bangladeshi viewers are required to obtain government permission to broadcast or broadcast any foreign channel, foreign serial, called foreign serial, etc. Such airing and broadcasting is illegal without the permission of the Ministry of Information.
In addition, broadcasting on private TV channels requires the permission of the Ministry of Information and Certification of Censorship in accordance with the export policy.
