The solar reflection "ten times greater than that of our sun" is spotted on a small star



Astronomers spotted a huge sunshine, ten times more powerful than anything the Sun could have produced, firing from a cool, small star for the size of Jupiter.

The small star is the smallest ever seen broadcast of a rare white light "superflare," the researchers say.

The dwarf star is so small that it is right on the boundary between a star and a brown dwarf – and is too weak for telescopes to be spotted.
