The owner of the vitivinicultural group of Finca La Celia bought the Graffigna winery

An official statement found that VSPT Wine Group signed an agreement with Pernod Ricard Argentina to take control of the industrial plant, the vineyards in Pocito and Cañada Honda, and those found in La Consulta (Valle de Uco)), besides the Colon and Santa Silvia brands.

Addition three new brands (Graphs, Colon and Santa Sylvia) on its rich wine list, composed of products from seven vineyards in Chile and two in Argentina (Finca La Celia and Bodega Tamarí), located in the renowned Uco valley, Mendoza.

An official statement by Peronard Ricard Argeta:

We would like to inform you that Pernod Ricard Argentina will sell the Graffigna wine cellar together with the vineyards of Počo, Canada Honda and La Consulta, the Windows VSPT Group; a group of almost 20 years on the Argentine market and owners of Finca La Celia and Bodega Tamarí.

It is important to emphasize that sales will be made through "Enterprise Transfer", that is, the sale of a business in an operation that includes the brands Graffigna, Colón and Santa Silvia, winery, vineyards, technical resources and personnel performing tasks.

Pernod Ricard Argentina has decided to focus its local resources on the production of wines and sparkling wines in its wineries in Salta and Mendoza, and the production of alcoholic beverages at its Buenos Aires plant.

We hope to finalize sales in the first semester of the year. As a result, we will continue to supply the Graffigna, Colon and Santa Silvia brands in the next few months in a way that we usually do.
