Did Rockstar tease Bully 2 in the latest GTA DLC?

An emergent theory could hint that Bully 2 is on its way; If you are willing to believe that everyone at Rockstar Games is set on messing with their entire fan base.

While nothing about Bully 2 has been confirmed, fan anticipation for a sequel to the 2006 PlayStation 2 title is incredibly high, with many relishing the opportunity for another visit to Bullworth Academy.

There have been numerous rumors and hints at an upcoming Bully title. Arguably the most compelling is a leaked screenshot that is purportedly from a Bully sequel, showing a plan of 'Wintersmith Mansion'.

While nothing has been confirmed, fans seem hell-bent on believing that Rockstar is working on a Bully sequel, and that the developers themselves are hell-bent on messing with everyone's excitement.

The most recent theory stems from a piece of artwork that is available in the GTA V DLC. Some fans have debated whether there was any morse code in the artwork, giving the incalculable code 'DNA4'.

However, one argued that this might be a hint to Bully 2. The fan argued it could be assumed that a new Bully title would be suffixed by '2'. If you want to subtract 2 from each number or letter in 'DNA4', the letters and numbers left are 'BLY2'.

While some have dismissed the theory as nonsense, others have argued it is as intricate and complex as you might expect from Rockstar, who are known for crafting incredible games and teasing fans with cryptic easter eggs.

Shown below is the original image from GTA V's DLC, which launched the morse code speculation.

While the only thing missing from the Bully 2 speculation is any actual confirmation, it's fair to say that many people are expecting an official announcement soon.

Rockstar are generally slow to release games, but this is a small price to pay for the quality of the end product. For example, GTA V was widely acclaimed as one of the best video games ever made and was originally released in 2013, nearly 6 years ago. No GTA 6 sequel has been confirmed, despite obvious community interest.

It's been 13 years since the first Bully was released and while this fan theory may be a bit left-field, many fans clearly think a sequel is on its way.
