Date: January 30, 2019
Location: Vitality Stadium
Chelsea had one night to forget in the Premier League when they defeated 4-0 in the hands of Bournemouth on Wednesday night.
The blues pushed for early lead through the header of Mateo Kovacic, whose header was transferred to the bar by Asmir Begovic.
After slowly, Bournemouth equalized his first chance half way through half as David Brooks forced Kepa Arizabalaga to save in the distant position.
The driver on the run from Brooks finished with a Welshman released from a shot near the box, but Arrizbalaga was able to save 37 minutes.
Two minutes before the break, the Cherries shocked the visitors when Josh King made a great breakthrough on the ball beside Arizalbaga after being bent by Brooks.
Chelsea struggled to create any clever openings, which forced Pedro to shoot at 30 yards from entering the box at 57 minutes.
Brooks was ultimately rewarded for defeating David Luiz to strike the ball in the middle of the right side to increase the lead on the home side in the 63rd minute.
The January signing of Gonzalo Higuain was ruled out after a minimal attack, and French Olivier Girou filled his boots two minutes later.
With the remaining 15 minutes of the match, Junior Stanislas unselfishly set the king to run his second and third part of the night in Bournemouth.
Cherishes finish their achievements in the second half, as Charlie Daniels scored the four with a header, following a free-kick from Jordan Ibe.
Eddie Howe's side raises from 12th to eighth in front of Everton, while Blues dropped to fifth place.
